is only open for pickups from 8am-11am on weekdays.

My interview is at 9am tomorrow in downtown LA. I cannot drive 64
miles round trip to pick up a package before an interview that's 40
miles in the opposite direction.

I PAID for home delivery. I paid EXTRA for expedited shipping. Your
website said nothing about "signature required" when I ordered. If I'd
known, I would have arranged to be available or had it sent elsewhere.

I called customer service and was told "we can attempt redelivery in
3-5 business days." That's completely useless.

I need this package delivered to my home by 7pm TODAY or I need a
full refund of $287 plus the $35 expedited shipping fee, AND you need
to reimburse me for the replacement suit I now have to buy at full
price.

This is unacceptable.
